Are you open to trying new things? Or are you content to stick with what you know and enjoy? When you go to a restaurant, will you order something you’ve never tried before, or will you stick with the same meal you always have? Are you interested in finding a new hobby, meeting new people, travelling to places you’ve never been? Or do you prefer to keep spending your time doing exactly what you’re currently doing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There’s no wrong answer, so long as what you’re currently doing is good for your health and mental well-being. Not everyone wants to work out, or spend a lot of time on hobbies, or even on being very social. The key is not to become isolated, sedentary and self-centered. Every bit of research I’ve seen reveals that folks who move a little bit and get out to interact with others tend to be healthier and happier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
